Thank you for visiting my website. I am an Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor and I practice in Uckfield in East Sussex, easily reached from West Kent and West Sussex.
I offer a calm, confidential space, whether attending on your own or with a partner, to explore relationship, intimacy and sexual concerns.
How we will work
We’ll take time to understand the difficulties you’re experiencing, whether around communication, desire, sexual confidence, or emotional connection, and consider how best to address them.
We’ll also decide together whether short-term or longer-term support is most appropriate.

I am an accredited member of COSRT and BACP, and a member of ATSAC, working in line with their professional and ethical guidelines.

Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you have sought support before, you are welcome. Concerns around sexuality and relationships can feel difficult to speak about. Having a calm and respectful space to reflect can help you understand what’s happening and decide what feels right for you.
