Thank you for visiting my website. I am an Integrative psychotherapist and counsellor and I practice in Uckfield in East Sussex, easily reached from West Kent and West Sussex.
I offer a calm, confidential space for adults — whether attending on their own or with a partner — to explore relationship, intimacy and sexual concerns.
We’ll gently look at what may be feeling stuck — perhaps around communication, closeness, desire, sexual confidence, or emotional connection — and consider what might help you move forward.
We can agree whether short-term or longer-term work would best support you. I am an accredited member of COSRT and BACP, and a member of ATSAC, working in line with their professional and ethical guidelines. If you would like to ask a question or arrange an initial conversation, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you have sought support before, you are welcome. Concerns around sexuality and relationships can feel difficult to speak about. Having a calm and respectful space to reflect can help you understand what’s happening and decide what feels right for you.
