About me

I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with over 15 years’ clinical experience across both NHS and private practice settings. My work focuses on relationship and sexual difficulties, including compulsive sexual behaviours and the impact of sexual trauma.

I regularly support people with sensitive and often complex concerns that can feel difficult to speak about. I aim to provide a space that feels steady, respectful and thoughtful, where these experiences can be explored safely and at a pace that feels manageable.

Alongside my clinical work, I also provide supervision to counsellors and allied healthcare professionals.

I work in association with StopSO, providing treatment for individuals with troubled sexual desire and for those impacted by sexual behaviours

Experience and Approach

Over the past 15 years, I have worked within specialist psychosexual and psychotherapy services, including in senior roles within the NHS. This experience has involved supporting a wide range of presentations, from relational distress to complex psychosexual and trauma-related concerns.

As an accredited member of COSRT and BACP, I have met rigorous professional standards in training, clinical practice and ethical conduct. I remain committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my work remains informed, considered and up to date.
